- Combine flour, baking pwdr, and salt in large bowl. Beat together Large eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Combine the flour mix with egg mix; when completely mixed, add in 1 c. (1 large package) of chocolate chips and 1 c. of minced walnuts. Instead of chocolate chips you can add in 1 c. of candied dry fruit.
- Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. Slice like bread about 5 min after taking it out of oven. Serve while hot.
