Receta Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Truth be told, breakfast at our house lately has mainly consisted of cereal, oatmeal, and toast. But I actually love making breakfast for my family when I'm not busy planting bushes, caulking trim, making shelves. . . . you get the idea.
Pancakes are one of my family's favorite things to have for breakfast. My boys have been working really hard doing yard work, so I decided to make them a special treat for breakfast. Chocolate Chip Pancakes!
I served them with fresh whipped cream because I thought syrup plus chocolate chips would be sugar overload. I thought they were just perfect. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips and they were nice and gooey when they were fresh off the grill. I liked them that way, but a couple of my boys said they would have preferred milk chocolate chips. The crazies.
We had our pancakes with scrambled eggs and fruit. I wouldn't serve these on a regular basis, but if you're looking for a yummy breakfast treat, surprise your family with some chocolate chip pancakes. They're sure to love them!
