Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Crisps

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 4 c. Kix cereal
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sugars, peanut butter, butter, shortening, egg, baking soda and baking pwdr in 4 qt bowl thoroughly. Stir in cereal and chocolate chips. Shape dough slightly by rounded tablespoonfuls; place about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake till golden brown, 10 to 12 min. Cold 5 min before removing from cookie sheet. About 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
  2. BUTTERSCOTCH-PEANUT BUTTER CRISPS: Substitute 1 (6 ounce.) package butterscotch chips for the semi sweet chocolate chips.
