Receta CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN COOKIES

October is full of pumpkins, spooks, trick or treating and even The Peanuts Gang with Charlie Brown. Today is the first day of October and National Homemade Cookie Day. We love cookies at my house and pumpkin is one of my favorite things in the fall of the year. These Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies will melt in your mouth. Happy October everyone!
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts pieces
In a large bowl mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, egg and milk with mixer. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and vanilla and continuing mixing. Fold in chocolate chips and walnut pieces. Drop by tablespoons onto a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
