Receta Chocolate-Chip Strawberry Cookies {Recipe Roundup #3}
by Lysha

Lately I have had an obsession with the combination of chocolate and strawberries. I came across a myriad of wonderful recipes with this sweet pair on pinterest. I decided to give these a try last week. They turned out beautifully. So easy! My son said these were the best cookies he’s ever had! I almost left them in there too long as you can see there is just a bit of browness on a few of them. So look carefully at step 7! Servings: 24 cookies Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Ingredients: 1 regular sized strawberry cake mix 1 tsp baking powder 2 large eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 and 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. 2. Mix cake mix and baking powder in large bowl. 3. In a small bowl mix together eggs, oil, and vanilla with a whisk. 4. Slowly add wet mixture into cake mix and mix until there is no dry cake mixture left. 5. Once batter is evenly mixed, fold in chocolate chips. 6. Roll batter into golf ball size dough balls. Place evenly on cookie sheet. Make sure they’re not too close together. 7. Bake for 10 minutes. Do not allow them to get brown. Take them out and let them cool for 5 minutes. Then remove from sheet and place on wire rack or wax paper and allow to cool. ~Adapted from Sally’s Baking Addiction Related Posts Chocolate Toffee Cookie Recipe ChocChip Oatmeal Cookie Recipe Peanut Butter Blondies with Chocolate Topping Zemanta
