Ingredientes

  • 1 c. toasted minced Macadamia nuts
  • 1 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 bag sweetened shredded coconut - (7 ounce)
  • 1 bag semisweet chocolate morsels - (12 ounce) melted

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl mix together the nuts, condensed lowfat milk, and the almond extract. Using your fingers, press the mix into balls about 3/4-inch round. Place onto sheet trays and let rest at room temperature for 4 hrs or possibly in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. After the balls have set up dip into the chocolate to coat proportionately and lightly. Place onto a sheet pan to dry.
  3. This recipe yields 30 pcs.
