Ingredientes

  • 1 (14 ounce) pkg. coconut
  • 2/3 c. light Karo syrup
  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 3/4 stick paraffin wax, coarsely grated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Heat Karo syrup but Don't BOIL. Pour over coconut. Mix thoroughly and let stand for approximately 2 hrs. Wet hands slightly and roll coconut mix to create balls or possibly oval shape. Place on wax paper on a cookie sheet and refrigerate thoroughly, 2-3 hrs.Heat chocolate chips and paraffin wax in double boiler. Dip each candy ball in chocolate mix and put back onto wax paper. Yields about 50 pcs.
