Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Coconut
  • 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Unbleached flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Egg whites

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut, sugar, cocoa pwdr, flour, and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, and vanilla. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just till moistened.
  2. Using a small 1 1/2" diameter ice cream scoop, place 15 small mounds of coconut mixure 1 1/2" apart onto a prepared, foli-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18 min or possibly till set.
