- Method1 Heat chocolate in a basin over warm water then pour into a greased and lined Swiss roll tin place in refrigerator to set 2 Over a gentle heat heat the margarine. Remove from heat stir in sugar coconut and cherries mix well 3 Beat in eggs4 Spread mix over chocolate base and bake in preheated oven 5 When cooked leave till cool then cut into squares
