Receta Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies

- Drain cherries, reserving juice; set aside. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, baking pwdr and soda; set aside. In large bowl beat butter, add in sugar and beat till fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla; beat well. Gradually add in dry ingredients.
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down center with thumb. Place a liquid removed cherry in center of each cookie.
- For Frosting: Combine chocolate chips and condensed lowfat milk. Cook over low heat till chocolate is melted. Stir in 4 tsp. cherry juice. Spoon over cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly till edges are hard. Frosting can be thinned with additional juice.
