  • 8 x Strawberries, large
  • 1 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 1 lb Chocolate chips
  • 1 ounce Canola oil

  2. Fill an irrigation syringe (found at good drug stores and medical supply shops) with Grand Marnier and inject strawberries with liqueur.
  3. Heat chocolate and oil in double boiler. When smooth and ribbon-like remove from the heat. Pat the strawberries dry and dip them in the chocolate. Coat them proportionately and set on parchment paper.
  4. Refrigeratethem for 30 min, remove from paper, and serve.
