Receta Chocolate – Cranberry Granola Bars
· September 15, 2015
Homemade granola bars are super simple to make and they are so much better for you than the packaged ones. Unlike their packaged counterparts, homemade granola bars have a lot less sugar, and are made with a few wholesome ingredients. Did you ever read the ingredient list for granola bars? There are lots of sugary and unknown ingredients on that list. The best part about making your own is that you can choose the ingredients and the portion size, my personal preference is bite sized.
When I make granola bars, I start with organic rolled oats, and add a combination of nuts and seeds along with a natural sweetener. Depending on what I have in my kitchen, I will toss in coconut flakes, raisins, or other dried fruits. When I’m craving something crunchy, chocolaty and sweet I make this recipe for Chocolate Cranberry Granola Bars.
