Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounce. chocolate chips
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 c. plus 3 tbsp. (1/2 c. plus) Wesson oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugars, egg and 1/2 tsp. salt. Beat till fluffy. Add in chocolate chips and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, cocoa, soda, 3/4 tsp. salt, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full of chocolate batter. Drop in and swirl a heaping spoonful of cream cheese batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Makes 2 dozen.
