Receta Chocolate Cream Pie

- Heat oven to 350 . Fit piecrust into 9-inch pie plate; flute edges. Prick crust all over with fork; line with parchment; fill with dry beans or possibly pie weights. Bake in 350 oven 10 min. Let stand till cold sufficient to handle. Remove foil.
- In saucepan, heat lowfat milk, 1 c. cream and 1 c. organic sugar to bare simmer. Remove from heat; add in minced chocolate.
- In medium bowl, stir together Large eggs and cornstarch till a paste. Whisk in yolks. Gradually whisk in chocolate mix. Stir in the vanilla. Strain into prebaked crust.
- Bake in 350 oven 35 min or possibly till center is set. Transfer to wire rack; let cold completely.
- In medium bowl, beat remaining 1 1/2 c. cream and 2 Tbsp. sugar till medium-stiff peaks form. Spread over top of pie. Garnish with chocolate curls, if you like.
