Receta Chocolate Creme Brulee With Caramelized Bananas

- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Bring the lowfat milk and the cream mixed together to a boil. Add in the minced chocolate into the cream and lowfat milk mix, set aside for 5 min.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with the granulated sugar. While whipping the egg mix, pour in the lowfat milk, cream and chocolate mix.
- Let cold.
- Fill six ungreased ramekins with equal amounts of the chocolate brulee mix.
- Poach in a water bath in the oven for about 40 min.
- When the creme brulees are poached, transfer them to a sheet pan and let cold. Decorate the top of each with 5 or possibly 6 slices of bananas. Sprinkle with brown sugar and broil the creme brulees under the broiler till the sugar melts and turns golden brown color.
