Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 4 x Chocolate squares, unsweetened, melted
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 c. Flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Nuts, crushed
  • 1 c. Confectioners' sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine oil, chococlate, and sugar. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in vanilla. Stir flour, baking pwdr and salt into oil mix. Add in nuts.
  2. Refrigeratefor several hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Roll dough into balls by teaspoonfuls. Roll into confectioners' sugar.
  4. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Don't overbake.
  5. Yields 6 to 7 dozen cookies.
