Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 4 x Sqrs. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 c. Finely minced walnuts or possibly pecans

  3. Mix flour with salt and baking pwdr. Dissolve coffee in the vanilla.
  4. Cream butter. Gradually beat in sugar and continue beating till light and fluffy. Add in egg and coffee mix and beat well. Gradually add in flour mix, beating well after each addition. Drop from tsp. onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 o for 10-12 mins. Cold thoroughly. Dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate and sprinkle with nuts.
