- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Sift together flour and cornstarch; set aside.
- Cream butter, add in sugar and cream well.
- Add in salt and vanilla and stir.
- Add in sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
- Chill 2 to 3 hrs.
- Shape dough into small horns and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 min.
- Roll horns in powdered sugar while warm and cold on cooling racks.
- Dip 1/2 of cookie in melted chocolate chips then roll in minced nuts to coat.
- Allow to harden on waxed paper before storing.
