Receta Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Ingredientes

2/3 c. (4 ounce.) real semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

30 attractive, hard strawberries with hull attached

Direcciones

1. Heat chocolate with oil in a microwaveable bowl for 2 min on High power. Stir chocolate till it's all melted. If necessary, microwave again for 30 seconds; chocolate should not be warm only hot sufficient to dip strawberries one at a time.
2. Dip each strawberry and let drain, then gently tap side of hand against top of bowl to dislodge any extra chocolate.
3. Place on foil or possibly tray, hull end up. Store in refrigerator. Serve on attractive plate.
