Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa pwdr sifted
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt at room temperature
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. applesauce whipped
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven at 350. Prepare 12 muffin tins with cooking spray and flour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine water, applesauce, vinegar, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Stir just till moistened. Use an ice cream scoop to fill muffin tins two thirds full. Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till brown.
