Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Malt biscuits, crushed
  • 2 ounce Coconut
  • 2 ounce Minced walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 4 ounce Butter
  • 1 ounce Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 Tbsp. Custard pwdr
  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 5 Tbsp. Boiling water
  • 8 ounce Icing sugar
  • 3 ounce Energy chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. Boiling water
  • 1 ounce Butter
  • 2 ounce Icing sugar

Direcciones

  1. Grease a 10"x8" tin. Mix biscuit crumbs, coconut and walnuts in a large bowl. Blend cocoa with a little lowfat milk, add in remaining lowfat milk, butter and sugar, and hot gently, stirring constantly. Beat the egg with a fork, pour in a little warm chocolate mix and mix well. Stir this into remaining chocolate mix and cook for 1 minute - Don't BOIL. Add in vanilla then pour over dry ingredients. Mix well and press into prepared tin. Leave to harden in a cold place. To make the filling - Blend custard pwdr with butter, pour on boiling water, mix well then leave to cold and thicken.
  2. Work in sufficient icing sugar to make a thick mix. Spread over base. To make the icing - Break up chocolate, blend with water and butter over warm water. Cold. Add in icing sugar to make soft smooth icing. Pour over filling.
  3. Cut into fingers when cool and set.
