Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Hershey cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl and baking soda and salt. Alternately add in flour mix and buttermilk (or possibly sour lowfat milk) to creamed mix.
  2. Drop by teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto a large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 min. Remove from cookie sheet. Cold on a wire rack. Frost if you like.
