Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 sq. semi sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add in egg, vanilla and melted chocolate. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
  2. Combine ingredients for frosting, beating well. Frost cooled cookies.
