- Beat egg and sugar till light; add in vanilla and butter with melted chocolate or possibly cocoa; blend well. Add in sifted dry ingredients alternating with lowfat milk. Add in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased sheet 2" apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min. While hot, frost with: 6 tbsp. butter 3 c. confectioners' sugar 6 tbsp. warm coffee 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine cocoa and coffee; add in butter and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Add in sugar slowly till right consistency. Makes 3 dozen.
