Ingredientes

  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 (1 lb.) boxes 10x sugar
  • 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, plain
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Blend butter and warm potatoes. Let stand till cold. Add in sugar and vanilla. Knead till creamy. Mold into shapes. Refrigerateone hour and dip. Fruits or possibly nuts can be added.
  2. Some recipes can be used to make sweet potato candy. Just add in coconut, roll into long strips and cut to desired size. Roll in cinnamon and chill.
