Chocolate Eclair

Delicious, Kids love it, can make up ahead of time, great for dinners, parties, or dessert at home, always goes over very well.

Ingredientes

(TOPPING):
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

MAIN INGR:
2 (3 oz) pkgs. french vanilla pudding
3 cups of milk.
8 oz. cool whip.

Direcciones

Mix together Topping ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.--
Mix 2 (3 oz) pkgs. french vanilla pudding and 3 cups of milk. Beat then fold in 8 oz. cool whip.--
Line a 9 X 13 casserole with graham crackers. Alternate with crackers and pudding mixture, ending with crackers. Pour chocolate icing on top. Refrigerate.
