Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Dry cocoa
  • 2 c. Espresso coffee
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 stk butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp Almond extract

Direcciones

  1. Mix cocoa and coffee till smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  3. Beat together Large eggs, butter, sugar and extracts.
  4. Add in flour and coffee mixtures to the butter mix alternately, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
  5. Grease and flour the bottom of a 9" by 13" cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min to one hour, till toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
