Receta Chocolate-filled Plantain Gnocchi, with chillies for Dessert
Ingredientes
- 2 black-brown plantains, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 1 1/2 cups Tipo â00â/ all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Strawberry sauce, makes 300ml

- 250 g strawberries, hulled
- 75g Caster sugar
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 150ml water
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon hot water (not boiling. Ideally, Matcha should be made with water which is at about 50 degrees centigrade)
