- Beat whole egg in a large bowl, adding 1/3 c. (100 ml) lowfat milk and sugar
- Then cut brioche into cubes Add in brioche cubes to bowl, letting bread soak in preparation for a few min
- Then brown brioche pcs in butter in a pan
- Bring to a boil remaining ¾ c. lowfat milk in a small saucepan
- Remove saucepan from heat and stir in chocolate pcs, cocoa pwdr and
- Grand Marnier, a little at a time Stir well till mix is homogenous and smooth
- Pour mix into fondue pot Place pot over heater and spear brioche pcs onto forks, dipping them in warm chocolate
