Ingredientes

  • 3/4 pkt (12-ounce) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar Chocolate buttercream frosting (see recipe)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat over warm (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels; stir till smooth. Set aside. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat till creamy. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition (mix will appear curdled). Add in melted morsels; mix till well blended. In small bowl, combine lowfat milk and vinegar; set aside.
  2. Gradually beat in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk mix. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Cold 15 min; remove from pans. Cold completely on wire rack. Fill and frost with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.
  3. Makes one2-layer cake.
