Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Unsweetened chocoalte
  • 2 stk unsalted butter
  • 2 lb Powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 4 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate and butter in a double boiler; cold to room temperature.
  2. Mix the powdered sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla till well blended. Stir in the melted chocolate.
  3. If necessary, let the frosting sit till thick sufficient to spread with a knife (should only need to let it set if your chocolate was still hot).
  4. This frosting is very rich and tastes like fudge! Enjoy.
