Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa for light flavor, or possibly 1/4 c. for medium, or possibly 1/2 c. for dark
  • 1 1/3 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk, (2 to 3)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add in amount of cocoa for flavor you prefer. Heat just till mix begins to boil, stirring constantly till smooth. Pour into small mixer bowl. Cold completely.
  2. Add in confectioners' sugar alternately with lowfat milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.
  3. One c. frosts an 8- or possibly 9-inch square or possibly round cake or possibly pan of brownies or possibly top of a 13x9x2-inch cake or possibly pan of brownies. Two c. fills and frosts an 8- or possibly 9-inch two-layer cake or possibly frosts 30 cupcakes.
  4. For 2 C. of frosting follow above instructions and increase ingredients as follows:1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine 3 Tbsp. Cocoa for light flavor, or possibly 1/3 c. for medium, or possibly 2/3 c. for dark 2 2/3 c. confectioner's sugar 1/3 c. lowfat milk 1 tsp. vanilla
