Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 3/4 c. warm water

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Blend flour, baking pwdr, salt, granulated sugar and 2 Tbsp. cocoa in bowl. Stir in lowfat milk and melted shortening. Spread in 9x9x1 3/4 inch pan. Sprinkle mix of brown sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa. Pour warm water over entire batter. Bake 45 min. During baking, chocolate sauce settles to bottom and cake rises to top. To serve, either invert entire pudding onto platter or possibly cut into squares and invert each piece on an individual plate. Spoon sauce over. Serve hot.
