Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Cocoa
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream Or possibly
  • 1/2 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Cocoa
  • 6 Tbsp. Lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Coffee crystals
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 lb Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. CAKE: Combine water, margarine and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat. Combine flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add in warm cocoa mix. Beat till smooth. Add in lowfat sour cream or possibly buttermilk, Large eggs and vanilla and beat well. Pour into a greased 15x10x2-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350` oven for 20 to 30 min. Pour Frosting over warm cake.
  3. FROSTING: In a saucepan, combine butter, cocoa, coffee crystals and lowfat milk.
  4. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Beat in cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla, beating till smooth and creamy. Pour over warm cake. Minced nuts may be sprinkled over top, if you like. (Freezes well)
