Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 c. Sunflower oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Unbleached white flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
  • 1 x Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate. Combine with sugar and oil. Add in the Large eggs one at a time, beating well. Stir in vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to chocolate mix, stirring till blended. Add in nuts. Refrigerateovernight. Drop by teaspoonsful into bowl of powdered sugar, and roll till balls are coated with powdered sugar. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 min. Cold on rack.
