Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 c. semisweet chocolate morsels divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. minced pecans toasted

Direcciones

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan over high heat, stirring constantly, till sugar melts. Add in 2 c. chocolate morsels and vanilla extract, stirring till mix is smooth. Let cold 15 min.
  2. Add in flour, baking soda, and salt to cooled chocolate mix, stirring till blended; stir in Large eggs and minced pecans till blended. Spread brownie batter into a greased and floured 13- by 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min. Sprinkle remaining 2 c. chocolate morsels proportionately over hot brownies, and let stand 5 min to soften. Spread over top. Cold on a wire rack.
  4. This recipe yields 18 brownies.
