Chocolate Ice Cream In An Ice Tray

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. PET lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Pet lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Refrigeratetill icy cool: 3/4 c. PET lowfat milk.
  2. Fold in saucepan:1/3 c. sugar, 2 Tbsp. cocoa, 2 Tbsp. flour.
  3. Stir in gradually: 1/4 c. Pet lowfat milk mixed with 1/4 c. water, ( not the chilled lowfat milk above!)
  4. Boil and stir over low heat 3 min or possibly till the mix is slightly thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and add in: 1 tsp. vanilla
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Whip the 3/4 c. of chilled lowfat milk with cool rotary beater, or possibly electric beater at high speed till stiff. Fold into chilled cocoa mix.
  8. Freeze, without stirring in tray of automatic refrigerator at coldest temperature, or possibly in a mold buried in a mix of 3 parts crushed ice to 1 part ice cream salt.
  9. Makes about 1 qt.
