Chocolate Kahlua Cheese Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. Devils Food cake
  • 1/3 c. nuts, minced (of choice)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua liqueur or possibly Cream de Cocoa liqueur
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/3 c. half and half
  • 1 to 2 c. whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix. Put together remaining cake mix, nuts and butter in bowl. Blend with fork till crumbly. Press on bottom and sides of 2 well greased and lightly floured 9-inch pie plates or possibly one 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and liqueur in large bowl. Beat in reserved cake mix till smooth. Beat in large eggs till blended. Gradually beat in half and half. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 to 60 min. Cool, then refrigerate. Spread whipped cream over top before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls or possibly chocolate syrup or possibly Maraschino cherries.
