Ingredientes

  • 1/2 tub mascarpone cheese
  • 1 x 142 ml carto double cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Icing sugar, sieved
  • 1/2 x Lemon, rind and juice
  • 75 gm Belgian Continental dark chocolate, melted (3oz)

Direcciones

  1. Mix the mascarpone cheese and cream together, then divide the mix between two bowls.
  2. To one bowl add in the sieved icing sugar, lemon rind and juice and mix together.
  3. To the other bowl, stir in the melted chocolate.
  4. In a sundae glass or possibly ramekin dish, layer up the chcolate cream first, then lemon then chocolate again, finishing with the lemon cream.
  5. Decorate with grated chocolate.
  6. Notes:Refrigeratebefore serving.
  7. NOTES : A dream of a dessert.The combination of bitter, chocolate and tangy lemon compliment each other beautifully.
