Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 9 ounce semisweet chocolate, grated, see note Grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Stir together flour and baking soda; set aside.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and salt till fluffy.
  3. Beat in Large eggs one at a time till well blended.
  4. Stir in chocolate and lemon peel.
  5. Stir in flour mix alternately with lowfat sour cream till well blended.
  6. Pour into greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 60 min or possibly till pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cold pan on rack 10 min, then turn out on rack top side up to cold.
  9. NOTE: To grate chocolate break in pcs and grate in blender or possibly rotary grater.
