- Butter a 10" pan, line sides with 12 or possibly more cookies, crush remaining cookies and mix with butter and put on bottom of pan, saving some for top of pie. Dissolve gelatin in warm water, add in lemon juice and sugar and let stand while whipping lowfat milk stuff. Add in gelatin mix to whipped cream, continue whipping till mix has formed stiff peaks. Fold in food coloring. Pour over cookie crumbs. Put remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate4 hrs. Keep refrigerated.
