Receta Chocolate Malt Bars

- In a large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed till light and fluffy. Add in egg, malted lowfat milk pwdr, lowfat milk and vanilla. Beat for 2 to 3 min more till thoroughly combined.
- In a small bowl stir together flour and baking pwdr. Mix on low speed, gradually add in flour mix to the sugar mix, beating for 2 to 3 min till combined. Mix in the 1 c. lowfat milk balls.
- Spread the mix into a greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Toothpick inserted in center should come out clean. Frost cooled bars with Fudge Frosting and sprinkle with 1/3 c. lowfat milk balls.
- Quick Fudge Frosting: In bowl combine 2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar and 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr. Add in 1/4 c. butter, 3 Tbsp. boiling water and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on low speed till combined for 1 minute on medium speed. Cold for 20 to 30 min or possibly till spreadable.
