Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. malted lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 box chocolate pudding and pie filling, (8 servings size not instant)
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 x (1 oz) squares bittersweet baking chocolate
  • 1 x (6 oz) ready made grahm cracker crust
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 3/4 c. malted lowfat milk balls, cut into 3 or possibly 4 pcs
  • 1 x 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. Cook pudding according to package directions, using the 3 c. of lowfat milk.
  2. Remove from heat. Add in bittersweet chocolate, and stir in malted lowfat milk pwdr. Cold mix for 5 min, stirring often, then pour into crumb crust. Cover and chill for 2 hrs.
  3. Up to one hour before serving: beat cream and sugar with electric mixer till soft peaks form when beaters are lifted. Spread whipped cream over chocolate filling. Chop the malted lowfat milk balls into 3 or possibly 4 pcs each, and sprinkle on top of the pie. Drizzle pie with the chocolate syrup.
  4. Chill till serving time.
  5. Makes 1 pie
