Receta Chocolate Marscapone
Who doesn’t love chocolate covered strawberries? Well here is a slight variation which, in my opinion, is even better.

- Trim the tops off of the strawberries.
- Slice down length of the strawberries.
- Hollow out the center with a slender knife similar to that pictured above.
- Mix the marscapone, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each of the hollowed out strawberries with the marscapone mxture. Use a small spatula/scraper to fill and smooth the surface flat.
- Place on a cookie sheet and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Shake the shell topping well and squirt some into a flat, small saucer or plate.
- Using a toothpick dip each strawberry into the shell topping. (Dip the cheese filled surface into the chocolate.) Let drip for a few seconds and place in a container or on a cookie sheet.
- Replenish the saucer as necessary.
