Receta Chocolate Mayonnaise Cupcakes

- Resift flour with sugar, cocoa, baking pwdr and soda into bowl. Gradually stir in mayonnaise. Stir in water and vanilla. Fill 2 dozen greased or possibly paper-lined muffin pans half full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Cold in pans 5 min. Remove from pans and cold on rack.
- Meanwhile, to make the frosting, heat butter and chocolate in top of double boiler over warm water. Sift powdered sugar with salt. Add in chocolate mix and blend. Beat in sufficient lowfat milk to make spreadable. Beat in vanilla. Use to frost cupcakes. Garnish tops with nuts, if you like.
