Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt powdered sugar (1-lb.)
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine don't use diet-style margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cook's notes: To prepare fudge on stove top, combine ingredients as directed in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring till butter has melted and mix is smooth. Remove from heat and add in vanilla. Spread into prepared pan, cover and chill till hard.
  2. If you like, add in 1 c. of mini-marshmallows or possibly nuts at the end of Step 1.
  3. Preliminaries: Butter or possibly coat with nonstick spray an 8-inch-square pan.
  4. In microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, lowfat milk and butter. Microwave on high power till butter melts, about 3-4 min; stir till smooth. Add in vanilla and stir to combine.
  5. Spread in prepared pan, cover and chill till hard sufficient to cut into squares.
  6. Yield: About 16 squares
