Ingredientes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Oreo mint cream cookies, crushed
  • 1 (3.5 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 6 York mint patties
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. 2% milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. green creme de menthe
  • 1 tsp. creme de cocoa
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 3 drops green food coloring

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & cookies together.
  2. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Pudding: Spread dry pudding mix over the crust.
  5. Place York mint patties over the pudding mix.
  6. Filling: Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, creme de menthe and creme de cocoa.
  7. Spread over pudding.
  8. Topping: Mix cool whip and green food coloring and spread over filling layer,
  9. Decorate.
