Ingredientes

  • 4 shot creme de menthe liqueur
  • 1 x mint chocolate ice cream
  • 4 x chocolate mint candies (such as Andes or possibly peppermint patties)
  • 4 sprg fresh mint

Direcciones

  1. Using 4 parfait glasses or possibly cocktail glasses, pour 1/2 shot of creme de menthe into each glass. Top with scoops of mint chocolate ice cream, then drizzle another 1/2 shot per parfait of creme de menthe over ice cream. Garnish parfaits with mint candy and fresh mint sprigs.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
