Chocolate Molten Cakes
Ingredients:
- 175g Valrhona chocolate (66%) or bitter sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 25g Unsalted butter
- 25g Fine sugar
- 25g Plain flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Get ready and grease 4 small ramekin cups.
Cream butter and sugar together till light and fluffy.
Add the beaten eggs gradually, beating all the time, then add the vanilla extract and salt, mix well. Sieve in the flour, fold well with a rubber spatula followed by the melted chocolate, fold well again.
Divide among cups.
Bake for 8 to 10 mins for 4 small ramekins or in muffin pan. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice-cream or just plain.
175克 苦甜巧克力,融化,待用
2粒 全蛋,打散
25克 无盐牛油
25克 细糖
25克 低筋面粉
1茶匙 Vanilla 香精
将4个迷你蛋糕瓷碗涂油,备用。
慢慢加入蛋液,不停的搅拌;加入vanilla香精和盐,搅匀。
放入预热烤箱以200度烤8-10分钟。(视个别烤箱而定)。
