- Soften gelatin in liquid. Dissolve over warm water. Stir in chocolate. Combine cream, confectioners' sugar and salt in a chilled bowl. Whip till stiff. Mix in chocolate mix. Turn into refrigerator tray. Freeze 3 to 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Approximately 6 servings.
